From what I can find out, true OEM Stanley Foglights for the 99-00 are made by Raybrig.
I can find the authentic ones in clear.. but did Raybrig/Stanley actually make yellow or is that just a thing with the off-branded types?

They actually made some in yellow.. They were only made in japan though from what I heard. I just picked up a set of authentic ones (Raybrig/Stanley) about a month ago... They aren't cheap though as OEM honda parts aren't ever cheap really. They are getting rarer and rarer and the retailer I bought them from said that they have stopped making them in japan. Anyways, here are the pics. (sorry the pics are so big)

Yeah thanks for the pics.. I did FINALLY found out that they did come in Yellow.. I decided to just get new OEM clear ones because Clears are about $130 shipped versus the $300+ for Yellow. I could just get some yellow film to put over the clears and it would essentially be the same look/color in the end.
But man, it's tempting, they are running out fast.

yellow is jdm only, but you can always put lamin-x over them to make them yellow.
either way its smart to put the flim on, it helps the fogs, not to crack.

x3 on the lamin-x i cheaped out on my fogs and went with passwordjdm and I had one crack after about 6 months, but luckily it does refract the light any so unless you look hard enough you really don't know its there. If you find a good deal on oem jdm fogs I would go for it. For me it was either an oem si rear lip or the oem fogs, the lip won!
you can also get them from www.handaaccessories.com. They are about $140 shipped to your door.. For the OEM clears of course. I had OEM clears on my previous car (99 FBP EX) and put the yellow film over it.. it was nice but the color isn't as deep as the JDM yellow fog lights.. but it definitely works. I just decided that this time with my EM1 i would go for the real deal.

Yes, highly recommend Lamin-X.. I bought the OEM clears and used the Lamin-X yellow film (which actually do a great job of protecting the glass lens of the fogs). I'm not sure if Lamin-X yellow film accurately looks exactly like the JDM OEM Yellows but I would think they are close.
Here's a picture of mine with the Lamin-X.

$140?? wow, I can get them $100 flat at local shops.
They are not the same.. there is a reason why they are cheaper.. when you get OEM parts you are paying for quality so quality is always better.. not so sure if I have ever seen OEM fogs for 100 flat but thats good..

Nice. its really clean. i found a pair of fogs on ebay. thanks for your help.
I've owned DEPO (replica), Esuse (replica) and OEM foglights.
The quality is very evident between the three.
DEPO is the worse. Bad wiring, housings often leak (not just I report these issues). My switch broke right away. And I mean right away. Within a week, tops. Since it's replica, it was impossible to find a replacement switch at all.
DEPO is the brand PW:JDM often sells. They're easy to pick out because of the long red wire included with the set.
Esuse is much closer to stock. I think they even took advantage or or replicated the stock wiring. It's been awhile though. They never leaked or flickered like the DEPOs, but eventually a screw on the back that grounds the lights snapped off so I had to get a replacement set of lights.
Finally a friend sold me some OEM lights. I've had zero problems with them and even though I'd always thought the DEPOs and ESuse lights fit fine, the OEM ones fit in the bumper even tighter, leaving less chance of rattling. I hadn't thought they could fit any better. Plus now I have a switch that matches my interior instead of a black switch.

I should have remembered to add that Esuses housings are super similar to the OEM housing. If I recall the beam pattern is different, but you can fairly easily swap parts from one to the other if needed.
One of my OEM housings didn't have a cap on the back, so I took it off an old Esuse light I had. It swapped over pretty easy (the wiring comes out differently) and there hasn't been any problem since.

Thanks! I've thought about ordering another set of Lamin-X covers and double them up to make them more yellow.. Even the light that shines through them isn't very yellow.. Maybe I should just put some yellow bulbs in them instead of clear to help with that.
