Default Car won't start when it hot.....

I don't know what is wrong with my car but after letting it sit out in the hot sun for a while when you go to start the car it doesn't work? The starter work fine you can hear it spinning. Once you able to start the car it run fine and great but as soon as you turn off the ignition and go back to restart the car again it wont start...so I don't know what it wrong with my car I'm out of ideas, so if anyone have any advice or idea about this problem I would really appreciate it.......

You need to replace or fix the pgmfi/main relay.

Just had this problem but mine did all that and also would shut off on me right when the car got to operating temperature and what i did was take the main relay out and re-soldered all the contacts..

use the website - http://techauto.awardspace.com/mainrelay.html

That website helped me out big time... and thats all i did and it hasn't failed to start or shut off on me since.

under your steering wheel. theres a couple under there but its the biggest one. ask honda for a part number to reference.

also, getting the bolt loose and out is dam near impossible, and getting it back in was impossible, for me at least. good luck

when i did mine i didn't even bother to undo the bolt cause it was such a pain
just unplug it and pull it out without the case. just takes some careful maneuvering with a flat head screwdriver to pop it out of the clips
