Horn Issues
K so this a question for those of you who know more about the wiring than i do. my horn on my 1994 Honda Civic Si is not working i replaced the fuse under the hood cause it was burnt out and took apart the steering wheel and reconnected one of the buttons cause i dont need two (had none) i tried it and it still doesn't work. so does that just leave me with a broken horn or are there any other possibilities?
no they came like that. i just got the car and it needs to be driven but not daily so inspection needs a working horn so since they were out. i went and got new wires and such and reconnected them. and changed the fuse.
@ hard_boiled_EG :
where is the horn located and is there a volt meter test that can give me an idea of the condition of my horn cause i think the horn was working not too long ago. but the horn it's self is as old as the car which is 200,000 miles.

ok so your saying that the horn is 12V , k i'll thy that and see what happens i'm kinda hoping it's broken cause then i'll know what to fix. and where in the car is the horn is someplace by the front bumper?

k so i didnt try connecting the horn to the battery I've now gotten the car to the point that when i push a horn button it clicks i can hear a click some place in the dash it sounds like so it's kinda sounding like a dead horn
oH RLY????
most sensors are not 12 volts....
just thought id correct by the way i have my horn hardwired to a foot switch near my dead pedal since i have an FD2 steering wheel. maybe just hardwire your horn right from your horn to a switch... that will eliminate any problem lol
