I'd take the sensors off the backside of an automatic EX cluster (even an automatic one) and switch it out with your Si ones. I've done that with Automatic EX/ MT EX clusters that the temp or fuel gauge quit working.

 

i bought one from the dealer, but the guage needles do not come installed. I tried to install and failed.

Will the 98 ex cluster gauge work?? I have a good working ex cluster 5 speed that i'll sell if you're interested.
