NEED HELPPPP!!!!
ok, i have a Integra ls/v-tec turbo with Neuspeed shocks and lowering springs. The ride sucks, my suspension feels terrible, since my car is dropped. I also dont grip at all.
this is my car and how low it is.

Now i want to lower it more about .5 inch in the front and about 1.5 inches in the back with coilovers and be able to grip better on the pavement since EVERYONE is telling me besides my tires i need new suspension.
What is a good set i should get that will give me what i need?

1) Turbo's are difficult to get grip with on FWD;
2) Probably your lowering springs actually degraded your setup since Integra's come stock with rather stiff suspension, and have linear springs in the back while lowering springs are progressive;
3) Get a decent coilover set or combo from a good brand.

thanks any good brands that good give me what im looking for???
Many good brands out there. Check related HT topics. Get a combo that has what you want and does not have what you don't want.
'Affordable' could be Koni/GC or Koni/Skunk2 shocks/sleeves, or Skunk2 Pro-C full coilovers.
More expensive are Buddyclub and the likes I guess.

Get rid of those Nuespeed shocks and springs, I used to have them before and they were bouncy for me with a 2.5" drop. fronts and 2" rears. Get some coilovers that's affordable in your price range or if it's not you can go with some set up like Tokicos, KYB's shocks, etc. and w/Skunk2 coilover sleeves, Ground Control coilover sleeves, etc. Choose which ones you want, goold luck.
You probably need new shocks. Koni sports will work with your nuespeed springs and you can actually lower the perch and get a little more drop if you wanted to.

Besides tires? That's the biggest part of the equation. All the suspension "upgrades" in the world won't do squat if you are on low performance tires. What tires are you running now, and what do you plan to run? In what specific situations are you not able to "grip"?
I stand corrected (concerning price). BC does have rather more expensive racing specs. Concerning street ride quality of the N+ I read diff things - but ride quality is entirely subjective, so no argument there.

there not just standard tires i've been told the kuhmo's are really good and so are the nittos.
and its usually when i just do a pull from 1st to 3rd gear i spin in all gears.
Spinning the tires in a straight line is not totally indicative of a spring/damper issue. It has more to do with the fact that you're driving a turbo FWD car and probably making decent power.
I'd suggest putting your matching Kumhos in the front, so that you are at least steering and braking on the same tires. At some point, you may want to get matching tires all around, and I'd suggest doing it prior to dropping your money on coilovers. And when was the last time you got an alignment?

What do you mean the ride sucks and the suspension is terrible? Tell us how's it feel. It's it soft or hard? When you hit a bump, does it get real bouncy or does it absorb it and then settles quickly?
Pic Performance is right. Have your alignment checked. I agree, at least have the front set of tires matching. Also get what condition are your tires in? What sizes are they? You mentioned the brands of the tires, but not the model. All tire manufacturers make tires with different compounds. Just because it's a Kumho doesn't meen it's right for your application. You could have tires with a 400 or 300 UTQG rating which with a turbo car you'll get no traction with. Most of the high performance street Hondas I know run tires with around 200 UTQG rating.

True that! 1 of my friend experienced those full Buddy Club Coilovers on his MR-S and they were too sh*tty for him, instead he bought some Tien Coilovers for $1200. Sometimes from people's experience on coilovers and other setups, you can take as an advice on what you want to do to your ride. This is my setup on JDM V-Spec Coilovers.
