Looks sick, you should try and find the EDM HID ballast or get some HIDs of your own to throw on there. That would look dope!!

that would be my next step but from what i've seen OEM ballasts are close to $245 a piece i think. I could definitely be mistaken though. I might look for an aftermarket HID kit at some point but right now i'm torn between coilovers or a supercharger...

Haha yeah i just checked on S2000 ballasts and all the other stuff needed and it would end up costing just as much or more than the housings themselves. I just cant see forking over that much just for HID's but maybe someday once i graduate!

Damn haha, well any kit really would be good. That reminds me though, I need one new HID bulb. I hate running one halogen and one HID, wtf is that haha. My car has a lazy eye lol.

You don't HAVE to use OEM HIDs, just buy a plug-n-play kit and slap it on there. I got my McCulloch HIDs for $300 and they look fantastic, and have lasted me 4+ years with no problems. I'd highly recommend picking up a 4500k HID kit

Nice headlights though, looks beautiful!

I had one bulb go bad, I still have the other one if you want it. It's 4500k, but as you know HIDs can fade brightness over time. That's why I just bought a new set and replaced both bulbs at the same time. But let me know if you want the other bulb.

alright, so i've decided to pick up an aftermarket kit. After looking around the best available to me seems to be a Philips Kit. They're from Australia so shipping might be a bit pricey but from what i can tell it's worth it.

they only come in 4300k and 6000k. which do you guys recommend?

do any of you have any trouble with cops or state inspection after installing your kit??

4300k is the color temperature that most OEM kits use I believe. I know it's wat TL's use atleast haha. 6000K will be a little brighter and more white. I think 43ook would be better, IMO.
