I just installed a Rsx Type S swap into a 2001 Integra Type R and im getting these two codes. Im running 03 Type S wiring harness and im running a jdm type r ecu. Im also using hybrid-racing's charge harness. My question is do i have to run two o2 sensor's, primary and secondary to get rid of the cel's. The secondary is wired up according to hybrid-racings instructions. Any info will be appreciated.

 

You might just have a bad 02 sensor.

 

did you ever figure out the p0141? My k20a swap is doing the same thing. I have k pro turned off secondary o2 sensor and its throwing that code. Let me know thats.
