Ok My 93 Accord EX rolls while in park I have to have the E brake on for it to not move its as if its in neutral. Tranny seems strong everything shifts smoothly and on time. Also the shifter is very hard. Any ideas? Tranny shift link cable possibly?

 

sounds like the cable or linkage is bad maybe a good check and lube is in order, probly not shifting into park completely
