weird loud transmission noise

weird loud transmission noise
recently there is a problem with my transmission.....
today it wont go into gears smoothly... i would have to force it into 3rd(onlly gear that would let me go in) and reverse......
then later on like 30 mins of driving it it would let me put into any gears........
i think the throw out bearings is bad cause theres a really loud noise coming from the transmission sounds like theres a rock in there hiting around.....
and when i get it into gear i have the clutch all the way pressed down and i release the brake it slowly moves in first gear like u would normally have while slowly removing the clutch but the CLUTCH is push down all the way and its doing that
