So i'm going to be painting my 91 si a dark sapphire blue, and i'm debating what to do with the tail lights. I dont want anything that looks even remotely like that ebay euro junk, but i'm also not sure that i want to stick with oem tail lights. i think some LED tails would look pretty sweet, but i dont even know where to get some. thoughts?

 

the oem lights with LED lights instead of just the regular bulbs would look pretty cool i think cause there aren't many other options for taillights besides oem and junky ebay looking lights so id stick oem!

 

I concur. Oem ftw. My friend tried LEDs in his hatch and truthfully they just look weird I think. It doesn't light up the whole lenses so it ends up looking kinda funky.
