Im doing a no start on an 02 honda accord. Its a 4cyl, automatic tranny. Both the battery and altenator are good. I tested the starter and found that the starter was no good. I then replaced the starter with a rebult one and the vehicle did not start. It may be that the rebuilt one is junk but Idid not have my DMM on me to test it out. When I go back tommorow t test and and if I find that it is a good starter, im not sure where i should be looking next. I checked the vehicle for any generic codes and it had none. If anyoe has any ideas of what the problem could be it wold be much aprreciated.
