Default How 92-95 Si/EX OEM hubcaps stay on the steelies?

I placed the hubcap over the steelie and it fits fine, however its not stuck on there. Im assuming that when you put it in the car the lugnuts hold them in?

I have also heard that there are rings around the lugnuts that keep them inside?

Any help would be great.

yes, you need the lugs w/ the washer around them to hold the cap in place.

they look sorta like these ^ accept honda/acura had a plastic washer around them.

i would just get mine from the wrecking yards on old accords and integras.
