Default k24a8

after deciding to keep my car and doing some searching i found that k24a8's are cheap,
i know i would only gain 6hp(2ft lb of tq tho) and im thinking of swapping it and kpro and waiting to do a head swap next year. my question is would it be a pretty straight forward swap? like other k24s or would anything extra be involved? i have my k20a3 which i know is pretty similar so i can take most parts of there like im and tb.
my other question is would i need to get different pistons when i do the head swap or will the a8 ones work? i decided to go this route since in the end it will be cheaper to make a frank then get a tsx motor or a type s motor and yield more power.
also would i need the mount from the cr-v?
motor specs.
