I have a complete gsr head. it comes with the stock intake manifold, injectors and fuel rail too. Im turboing a car right now and would rather stick with the b18b head. I would trade my gsr head for aftermarket stuff for my b18b head. like a intake manifold, cams, springs/retainers......
