Default Problems with My 91 crx si

So I have a b16a2 motor with
Ctr pistons
stock gsr head and cams
70 mm throttle body
360cc injectors
And the block has been milled .002

I'm new to working with honda trying to figure stuff out
The car has no ***** vtec engages n it falls on it's face I know it's running rich just trying to find out what to do to make the car run better also I'm probably getting only 15mpg amy answers to why I get bad gas mileage any info would help thank

and there is your problem.

get rid of the chip and have the car properly tuned. right now the ecu still thinks you have 240cc injectors so by throwing in 360cc injectors it's going to run rich. it cannot compensate for that change on its own.

Exactly, computer is tuned for one thing and you have another. Thats one of the advantages of having Hondata. You can always just change the injector size on the tune.

TIMING TIMING TIMING, that will always make you run rich. or a chipped ecu or turbo injectors lol.
