fuel pressher ragulator vaccuum??

i got a car with a b&m fuel pressher ragulator and there was no vaccuum line running to it but i was just wondering is it better to have it vaccuumed or does matter ?

It needs the line to work right. Go to autozone and get one i think its a 5/8 vacumm line.
