hey i have a 1999 civic dx fully stock, does anyone know if 15" rims will fit my car without having to change my tires?

You're going to try to put your steelie tires on your new rims? I'd just get new tires.

no they wont your stock steelies are 14 inch

U have to change the tires cuase the diameter is totally different.
