I just bought a 89 crx DX. Clean car but the seats are trashed, ripped up, smell there just garbage. Im looking around for OEM seats but what other OEM honda seats will bolt up in the CRX? I tested the 90-93 integra DA seats and it was way off, and i also heard the DC's dont fit either. What bout del sol seats or 92-00 civic or any others??

 

any of those seats will fit. you just have to make them fit.

 

Yea i know you can modify them by swaping the rails, pan swap etc.. Im talkin bout direct bolt on fit?

 

just find some crx si seats if u want straight bolt in

 

youre much better off having an experienced fabricator modify your rails to fit a newer honda seat than finding good condition crx seats.

 

Take it from someone who has tried swapping newer seats into an EF.

Just stick with CRX si seats. Perfect height, feel....and they match.

I think getting your seats reupholstered will be cheaper then finding a mint JDM replacement.

 

86-89 accord seats bolt right in to a 91dx if u drill out 1 back hole a little bigger and make 1 new hole and lx/lxi seats are always mint in junkyards
but im sure if the same on the 88-90 civic/crx

 

del sol seats are nice in the rex... use the crx pan and the rest from the sol seats and they work great

 

I believe only 88-89 CRX Seats

 

Im probably going to fish around for stock mint CRX SI seats. 90-91 Crx seat dont fit in 88-89?

 

88 is the outcast, no other seats will fit the 88 but 88 seats.

 

I was going to pick up RSX seats, but they always tend to rip across the seam right in the middle of the seat where you sit. They are also heavy seats, same as the S2k's.

 

I just sold my mint condition stock Si covers but I do have a set of 1989 CRX Si seats (Black/Grey) that are a 8.5-9.0 out 10 in condition if you're intestested hit me up via PM.

 

i have del sol seats in my crx. i can get you the same set up and make it bolt in like stock just let me know
