Default turbo cam

been researching and was just looking for opinions on camshafts for a 350-400 whp d16z6. also i was wondering whats the largest cam i could run with out having to upgrade the valve train. thanks guys

The average camshaft set that you buy for a Honda is not going to work well on a FI application... Most cams increase overlap which in the case of FI will just blow boost in and out of they cylinders... I don't know of any turbo application cams for the D series off the top of my head... Skunk2 makes turbo cams for the B series...

I imagine any custom cam that will give you any decent gains will require an upgrade of the valvetrain... Only the milder stage 1 cams don't require changing the valvetrain but even then it is a good idea...
