need ht's help on these rims

i know this picture is old
and i know its one of the most popular egs on this forum
and im a noob etc

also if anybody knows if you can buy them in a polished chrome
or do you polish the silver

but can somebody tell me what rims they are and where i can find them
or if anybody is selling them on here
