do i still need a resistor box if i got the harness to go from dpfi to mpfi and obd0 to obd1??? im droppin a z6 in a 90 dx four door

 

what injectors are you using?

 

stock z6 injectors...the motor is boosted rite now so it has dsm injectors with the resistor box but ima swappin it into my ef without boost so ima be usin the stock z6 injectors but from what ive heard you only need the injector resistor box when goin from dpfi to mpfi but still stayin obd0...is that rite or am i wrong?

 

if your going to obd1, you won't need the resistor box. not with stock obd1 injectors.

 

just cut the box off, and solder the wires together.

yup, no problem.

 

To be VERY clear.......

IF you are using the OBD1 injectors.......NO BOX

IF you will be using OBD0 injectors.........USE BOX

It doesn't matter how the rest of the motor or ECU is wired.
