Yes it is. 05' Outback 3.0R. Lowered about 5 inches on coils.

Plans are shocks, springs, wheels, and tires. Thats it.

Did you get rid of everything you had on the EP? I'm in the market for a bike rack and i have an '04 and it looks like you do too or an '05. Also was the wing damaged, looks a little bent but i was just wondering.
