No strut tower bar on RSX-S?
I was just at the dealer getting service, and I was checking out the RSX-S.
It doesn't have a strut tower bar!
All it has is this little tinny bar that goes from the towers to the firewall.
Weak!

that is the strut...it just doesnt have "the over the engine" design..still performs just as well..
I cant see how that wimpy little thing on the rsx does much though.

Oh okay. my mustang has both. The one that goes to the firewall is called a "export brace".

You're calling it "wimpy" based on what?
What load test did you do to it?

The export brace only came factory on "destined for export" mustangs..Hence the name. Unless you added it yourself, it only came with the 2 piece shock tower brace.
