Im new to Honda's, and i bought this knowing it needs a lot of work. There is a wiring mess under the engine bay, and im not sure what im looking at. I was hoping someone could help me out. At around 4k RPM at WOT the car just falls on its face as if i let off the throttle competely. It has enough oil, so it shouldn't be an oil pressure problem correct? Any help at all is greatly appericiated. Here are some pictures of the wiring im talking about, if you notice anything off the bat that looks sketchy, please let me know. THANKS!

vtec wiring is diff for a jdm engine vs usdm? Recheck how its wired up

 

does the ecu flash any codes/ check engine light on?

 

my bad for sounding stupid, but im not sure how hondas work. When you say flashing any codes, where sound i be looking for this?
