Valve springs and retainers the same for F22 and H22?

Valve springs and retainers the same for F22 and H22?
I have no idea where to get springs and retainers for an F22.
Does anyone have an idea if they are the same? Does anyone have an H22 springs laying around? I could send you a F22 spring and you could let me know.

Was looking for they're smaller, bigger, different spring rate, etc. I kinda figured, but wanna know the difference.

The F22 and H23 share valve springs, i know the valves are both 34mm, while the H22 has 35mm valves, so the springs are probably both larger and a higher spring rate for the higher rpms.
