Well my 2000 non-sh 5spd USDM H22 swap arrived today on the freight truck. It came from a bunch in New Jersey. They sent the entire dropout with front spindles, calipers, L.C.A.'s, sway bar, front and rear X-members, and of course all the engine trans ecu axles etc. I will try to have pics tomorrow night sometime. It is a nice looking swap and I will try and get it in in the next month or so. I have sourced a 1996 H22 OBD II ECU to run it with and a 1996 H22 downpipe and catalytic converter. Other than that all is there including the motor mounts. Now to figure out the wiring into my 1997 SE coupe. Might I add that the motor only has 1679 MILES I Guess I will have to continue with the factory break in!!!! Anyhow I thought I would share my happiness with everyone... Again hopefully pics tomorrow....

 

What did it cost ya? LSD or no? Nice low miles.....I want one.

 

usdm's dont have lsd's

do you have all the parts to convert to manual? those are fun to gather up also

 

I don't have the parts to convert it to manual yet but I have a friend who can get all that stuff. No problem on that stuff.....

 

so the ecu is Obd2 and auto??? did you get a tranny if so.. did you get the Transmission control unit. i notice most ppl dont send those out. it controls you obd2 tranny shifting. if you want to sell the TCU and ECU cause youll go manual let me know.. i ll hook you up with a obd2-1 harness so you can run whatever ya want..

Hey i got a jdm h22 tranny in.. how do i know if it has LSD?

 

Doesnt the regular diff spin one wheel opposite the other when the front wheels are off the ground?

Could the lsd spin them both the same way?

 

look where the axles go through. if you can see through to the other side, then you got a one tire of fire, if it has a "bar" or si somehow blocked, then its LSD'ed

 

Actually that information is NOT correct. I had a USDM ITR trans and when you look through the differential there was NOT a pin. If you see a pin in the middle then you have an open differential. I am sure this applies to all Honda LSD's. I worked in a salvage yard for over a year and all the trans with LSD's that I saw were visible straight through.

As far as whether this is an auto swap; no it isn't. It is a 5spd swap. What I was referring to was that I am going to have to get the pedals, lines, etc for the clutch. I will be selling the OBD II 2000 computer if anyone wants it. It is a 37820-P5M-L04. It is for a 5spd base model Non-SH H22.

As far as a price I gave shipped to me here in North Carolina. I don't think they have any more Prelude swaps in stock right now but he said they do them all the time. Integra's, Prelude's, etc. Their web address is as follows:
