It was recommended i buy a Skunk2 Manifold for my gsr peakboost build. What do you guys thinks worth the cash?

 

How much power you making? I would go with the victor x

 

I don't know yet the kit is on the way im aiming for near 350 if i get up to 400 stock bottom end ill be happy.. i want to know how much this will improve if anything, the site states 8% increase in airflow

 

it will help but you can get there on the stock one

 

so what advantage do i have if i buy this if its minimal it may not be worth it.

 

i agree for the money i would go with a victor x over a skunk 2 imo.

I would do the skunk2 if its money that your worried about although I dont think the stock manifold is gonna hinder you in any way at 350whp

 

Ok i guess let me ask this at what HP would the sunk2 help more over 400hp?

 

Ive seen victorx mani's on 450whp cars, and obd1 b16 mani's on 700+whp cars. Take from that what you will

 

well i have a stock GSR with a skunk2 IM on it and i could tell a big diff on mid and top end when i put it on. And now i have same setup your going with. I have gsr with full peakboost ramhorn kit and it pulls ahrd up top but i dont know how much HP diff it is over stock. I added the Mani before the turbo but i could tell a diff when i put it on.
