Default Trans. swaps for F23's

I need to swap my auto. with a manual because I am tired of putting up higher 1/4 times than most of my friends and it's not worth building up my car anymore as an automatic. What I need to know is what options do I have for manuals that I could put in my F23? I've heard of a lot of people putting in H22 trans. or should I look for a manual trans. to a F23. What would be the best choice?

For those of you that have done swaps already in any year accord, how have your times improved?

How much do lightened flywheels help? Because when I do the swap I would consider doing that at the same time while also adding a stage 3 clutch.

if you got the money, go all out

light flywheel and a good clutch is a really good idea
