When I did my trans swap, i noticed the front mount was ripped apart (know how it's kinda circular? The rubber or whatever within that circle ripped). And it's annoying as hell because now the motor rocks and **** when turning on/shutting off, and when I have to accelerate rapidly and shift rapidly.
What are my options? I'd rather go aftermarket, and traditionally I use Energy Suspension.. but whats your opinions?

ES inserts are all that is really available. But it won't totally fix a torn mount. I do believe there are some solid mounts available but they are hella expensive.

So what should I do? That circular mount in the front is torn in the circle (if that makes sense), and the motor clangs when I give it gas. Which is annoying (only if it's nearly floored though)
Remove the mount from the car, and then fill it with some urethane.

Filling them with urethane works rather well, but be sure that the stock rubber is super clean before you start or the urethane will start to pull away from the stock rubber. It won't come out, it just looks like poo.

However, be aware that this option will lead to increased vibration at idle, as well as extra stress on the other mounts unless you fill them as well.

I'm not looking for all kinds of vibration and ****.. i'm enjoying this car stock and quiet. What do I do about the other mounts though?
Your options are this 1. replace them totally with new mounts. 2. fill them all with urethane. It will vibrate a tiny bit more but not too bad.
The only aftermarket mounts I know of are from passwordjdm, but they are like $300 and solid urethane. The solid urethane will be even stiffer than stock ones filled with window weld and will vibrate even more. Other than that you are stuck finding and oem replacement, which you can find at any auto parts store.

i was havin the same issues before i re-uped the stock mounts cost about the same as the aftermarket ones, but autozone sells them all sepratly so i reccomend inspecting all four of them and replace the ones that are jacked up. i would also invest in an ingalls tourqe dampner.
its like a shock that goes between your motor and strut tower. it helps with wheel hop and hard shaking in 1st and 2nd gear. itll take some of the load off your motor mounts.
