Default Right brake pads are totally worn but left pads are new?

Was replacing the lower bj and noticed my right brake pads are completely worn so I went to check on the left pads and they are new! WTF?

The sliders on both side work, the pistons on both side can be pushed in.. so I'm guessing my calipers are seized? How do I test this by the way?

Another question is.. can a failed master brake cylinder have anything to do with the uneven pad wear? Come to think of it.. which side is the culprit? The pads that are worn down or the pads that look like new? When calipers seized up.. do they seize in the open or closed position?

Calipers can seize either closed or open. Seized means it stops and that applies to both directions.

To test, lift your car up in the air. Spin the left tiere by hand and have someone step on the brake pedal. If the wheel doesn't stop, your pads aren't making contact with the rotor, ie: seized caliper.

Is there any way of fixing a seized caliper.. like lubing it or do I have to buy new ones?

If you can determine what seized, you can try lubing it and just keep an eye on it. Otherwise, you may just need to replace it.

On a side note, I have a set of front calipers from a 98 civic ex (w/10.3" rotors). PM me if interested.
