ef si problem

Default ef si problem

well i just recently changed my tps cause is was throwing a code, before i changed it it ran fine... but after i changed it with the right tps its not bogging and when i throw it into reverse it feels like its about to die, and it dies if i dont rev it when in gear. any ideas? ive checked my map and my vaccums and stuff like that. sohc zc si. 1990.

I think you need to adjust the tps sensor. Is the tps new or another one that is laying around?

agree^^
voltmeter to ground and signal wire, tb closed 0.5 volts, tb open 4.5-5 volts
