CG 125 6v or 12v battery?
Im wondering what battery I will have in my honda CG 125 2000 model (no electric start). If it is 12v can I use a standard car battery charger to charge it.
With a multimeter its showing 8-9v whilst running and the headlight brightness increases with the revs. I bought it like this so im not sure if this is normal or not. Also the horn only works when the engine is running, its very faint when not running.
Also how can I tell if the clutch is on its way out?.... Put it in a high gear release the clutch and see if it stalls or not?
Thanks in advance

It was a 12v, Ive found out you can also tell my the number of cells. The 6 cells = 12volts in this case. The 3 cell motorbike batteries are 6v. I dont know if you could consider this a rule of thumb though
Anyhow, new battery arrived today and is on charge
