Under pass. seat, spacers can be used if more clearance is needed, slip a piece of plywood under the carpet to mount amp to, [no holes in cars floor pan]. 94

1994 dx,i traced the carpet on the sides of the trunk, and measured the center.came up with this, plenty of trunk space. Can make a small tool box,or a box to house your jack,or car care stuff. The sub has a grill on it,just not pictured.memphis amp,old school kicker comp 10:

thes are the pics before it went in. i made a new back plate for the amp with a computer fan and a dei relay assy. to run it. it has vents in the bottom to pull air in then exhaust it out of the fan at the top. i used backstraps to mount the amp, heat shrink on the straps where the wires go buy so the metal doesnt cut into them. basically i put it in the large opening at the top of the quarter panel, bent the straps where i needed them, screwed them down and cut off the excess. i can remove the rear speaker grill to see the amp and make adjustments if nec.

Show us a picture of the rear panel area...........are you talking about the rear shelf? i.e. upside down?

Depending on the size of the amp, the pass seat would be my first choice. Even with the front seat all of the way forward, you don't see it at all, I can have my daughter in the back and even with her stomping, her feet don't come close to it. What's the dimensions on your amp?
