88 CRX SI NO RUST SHELL/RUNNING
ok so here is the deal I was going to use this beast as my daily driver but things have changed and I am selling all of my cars except my EK project that is underway. I am looking for a quick sale so first come first serve.
DETAILS
The car was in Elpaso TX since 07 and since then it has been stored in a garage.
Miles I am unsure of I will have to look at the title but I think it just says exempt
It is repainted a gloss black and the original color was black as well. (I got the paint to shine really nice with a little clay bar and some good wax)
The car has NO RUST. It has a really poor job of some bondo work on the back side of one of the 1/4 panels you can tell they were filling in a dent. It is back towards the tail light and it is not that bad at all it would be an easy fix if you were to sand it back down and do it the right way.
There is a slight dent on the other rear 1/4 but overall the car is extremely clean as far as rust and what not.
There is a dent in the driver side fender and the hood has a few dings here and there.
BADS
The rear interior and carpet of the car is completely gutted, along with the blower motor and some other ish under the dash. It is a race car, still has door panels dash and center console though.
The cluster is broken the temp gauge still works tho (10 dollar fix)
It is gutter
the seats do not bolt in right because they are 90 ef si seats I am trying to source some rails now for the car.
The wiring harness for the corner lights is kind of messed up and broken where the bulbs go.
It is over 20 years old it has some dings and dents and what not but with some tlc this car could be very presentable.
The sunroof needs some help opening and closing you have to push it up a bit, it still is fully functional should be an easy fix.
Exhaust is ghetto it works but should be replaced
GOODS

rides on new kyb/agxs handles really nice
newer ball joints and brakes
stock d16a6 with a full rebuild kit does not burn a drop of oil and gets 40mpg
new vc gasket, cap and rotor, wires, axles, new oem replacement clutch, fresh trans, the rebuild had all new bearings rings and seals installed and a valve adjustment. sri with an aem dry flow filter. The bay is tucked pretty nice for a d series, the battery is relocated in the hatch. Ebay header, new t-stat, radiator hoses, and i am sure some other stuff.
The car runs phenomenal idles perfect drives really nice and gets no joke 40mpg.
I will have pics up tonight the car is pretty damn clean and crxs are getting harder and harder to find these days.

If I get the price I want I will include freshly painted gold american racing 5 spoke 14in wheels on some all weather tires with good tread, if I not it will roll on steelies

I HAVE THE CORNER LIGHTS FOR THE CAR I AM IN THE PROCESS OF FIXING THE HARNESS TO GET THEM TO WORK

PICS ARE UP you can see where the little bit of bondo was used incorrectly in the last pic and it is beginning to crack I may sand it down myself and get it sprayed to get rid of that, because other than that and a dent on the front fender and little dent on the rear passenger 1/4 the body is pretty damn clean not a spot of rust

it has dash door panels center console, no carpet rear interior is completely gutted but clean, and the seats are 90si ef seats that only bolt down in one spot lol little stuff all you would need are rails and carpet it has headliner still and I have a few rear int pieces but not many at all
pmd went to look move the car today and it has a very slight leak from the axle seal so I am going to get it fixed on Monday and the car will come with a fresh oil change and coolant flush.
get this car out of my friends yard haha, it could be running by the time it is sold. I am lazy and sick of dealing with this car when I already have a project that is pissing me off.
