Default Some help on Accord v6 2002

Could someone tell me if the 2002 v6 is DOHC, also how hard is it to change the
timing belt, I did a search but can't find any thing on the timing belt for the v6.
Thanks for any info.

If you're an amateur, I recommend you don't change the timing belt yourself, unless you've done it before. I say this because most amateurs don't have all the tools required for this job.
If you still want to attack the job yourself, you should pick up the Haynes manual from your local auto parts store. It's pretty straight forward, generally, but general automechanix knowledge will be useful for the parts where the manual doesn't make sense. And remember, it is IMPERATIVE that the factory timing AND belt tension be restored for optimum results. You may also wanna check out ehow.com. They have videos about how to do almost anything.
On a side note, you should also replace your water pump, oil pump (if applicable) and the rest of the other belts. It's recommendable to do this because, for example, when the water pump busts you will have to do the whole thing all over again.
Altogether, the job is pretty dam fun. I had never done it before and it took me about two days under daylight to complete it for my F23A4.

OK thanks guys, think I'll pick up a factory shop manual, make a list of
parts and tools I'll need before I start this.
