Aftermarket LS intake manifold on GSR?

Aftermarket LS intake manifold on GSR?
I blew the LS in my 91 Integra and I think I'm gonna swap in a GSR. Will my XS Power intake manifold for my LS fit on a VTEC head or is the bolt pattern different?? Same question for the exhaust side, can I reuse my header? Thanks!
