hmmm, type-r or gsr intake manifold on this Ebay car
Sure doesn't look like a GSR Intake to me. The top part looks smooth, and also the intake tube looks too high to be a gsr.
I'm gonna go for ITR for the block.

the bend downward in the intake makes it look like it might be a Geeser IM because the TB looks pretty low, but its kinda tough to tell. From that pic, Id say geeser.
Hmmmm. Looks like a GSR to me Bob. What do I win?
I just love people who think that stickers and a red valve cover mean they have a " Type R Engine"

yah..i can't see the runners that are on the gsr manifold, but then the intake tube is the one for the gsr manifold right...

Does Greddy even make a 4-2-1 header for a Type R? I don't think so.

The plenum of the ITR intake manifold is visible in the pic.
It wouldn't be all that hard to adapt the hot air intake which he had on his old gsr motor to the ITR motor.

Actually, I kinda took his comment to mean the guy on Ebay thinking he had a Type R motor, I didn't think his pop shot was to be... But thanks for the back anyway!
So, now... what do I win bieatch!?!?!?

It's an ITR motor.
Rather, at least a GSR with a b16/itr head. The upper radiator hose goes in below the VTEC solenoid, where as, the b16/itr head is sort of set back..

Also just becaus egreddy doesn't make a header for the type -r doesn;t mean you can't put one on a type r motor! He probably still has the gsr exhaust!

notice how is auction says
Last time I checked, a B18C is an SiR-G motor @ 180 HP
JDM Type R engine (B18C) (Run 20000 miles)
No jdm motor has a number. So ITR AND SiR-G are B18C

The JDM ITR motor is a B18C Spec-R the SiR and SiR-G are B18C. No numbahs.
edit: damn I really do love the misinformation in this forum sometimes.. lol (had to add this part cause I'm an *******

I didn't read any of the other posts, but I believe it is either a Skunk2 IM or LS/ITR IM
Blah blah blah, its a JDM ITR motor. Enough with the guessing. We can clearly see its either a B16 head, or ITR head because of the radiator house. So obviously its not a GSR.
As Sgt said, all JDM motors are B18C only, no #'s. This goes for GSR and ITR motors only.
