The price was listed at the bottom for 9k but i would work something out depending on your situation.. ie driving from maine or something hahha... To answer your question though, yes it is registered under the 10 digit vin and it is titled, but i am still waiting for the title in the mail. Should be here in a couple of weeks if not sooner... Washington is slow haha

I dont know how registration works in cali but it is registered as a stock car here in WA, maybe that will be easier?

Dont let my location deter you from buying! Im willing to deliver the car anywhere if you are willing to pay for gas! And just understand that if your 1000 miles away then there will be 1000 more miles on the car! haha
