thats about as accurate a description i can give.

its not the sound of blown speakers and only happens sometimes (although getting more frequent). it makes the music considerably quieter and has a sort of pulsing to the fuzz. if i turn off the cd player for a bit, then back on, it stops and plays normal.

actually.. the other day i took a hard turn and it started doing it immediately... mabey loose wires?

i dont know much at all about car stereo stuff. im hoping the little bit of info i gave can pinpoint some sort of problem.

is the "fuzz" coming from all the speakers or just one? Either way, I'd check all wire connections and all connections to the speakers. Check your ground wire, if it still does it, then i'd connect the ground wire directly to the car chassis.
