hey, so i live in arizona and im getting my EF hatch shipped out here. and if u know arizona.. its freaking hotttttttt!!! so is there a radiator i can put in my car to prevent it from overheating????

 

Stock should be adequate if everything is in good shape, Car manufacturers dont need to make special models with gnarly cooling systems for hot regions so neither will you. I think you'll be more concerned with having good AC once you get it there.

IF you really want a radiator on steroids, a mishimoto or koyo full size radiator will keep your car SUPER cool. But if everything in your cooling system is working correctly you ought to be just fine.

 

get 90 fans on your radiator.

 

hahahaha I'm moving to AZ soon too. No a/c but I do have a huge full size fluidyne, but your should be fine if everything is in good shape. My GF's car has absolutely no problems and she has a 98 Civic Sedan with the half size rad.

 

I have a Mishimoto full size radiator in my CRX with a B18C-R. It gets real hot here in West Texas. I can drive the car all day in 100+ degree heat and the fan may come on once or twice. Even hot lapping the car at the track the temp stays way low.

IMO the Mishimoto full size radiator was my best mod. I liked it so much I got one for my Mustang as well. The mishimoto silicone hoses are also a good upgrade.
