ok well, from where it bolts to the turbo it has an immediate 90 deg bend for about 1' then a 40deg bend for another 1 foot before it exits. total pipe length from turbo back is no more then 2' (this is on a motorcycle)

Yes you should be able to make 200whp with a 2in exhaust on a turbo setup. On a motorcycle I don't know but I thi k it's possible

I dont see how it could be much different then any other engine. this much hp is going to require this much air. (for the most part)

I dont live in California anymore... here, all the police are equipped with a automated camera that scans license plates. did i mention that these same camera are all over the place where i live? here is an example of one type.

see the post on the side of the road? yeah it takes your picture when you speed. many of the cameras here have automatic license plate recognition. THE MAN IS WATCHING! no but seriously it does suck! 1 over the limit = ticket ~$100 and a court date that you MUST go to.

For charge piping, absolutely. For exhaust piping in a car, 2" might be pushing it. But for a bike with exhaust of about 36" or less, you're probably fine.
