Hello,

I am having trouble removing the outermost of the three drive belts, the one that runs the oil pump.

This belt runs along a small pulley attached to a tensioner that appears to need loosening to remove the belt. But adjustment of that tensioner appears to do nothing. Do the through bolts on this tensioner need loosening or removal? Or am I just way off the mark? The Haynes manual doesn't go into this type of detail.
