has anyone played with the emblem on the intake manifold? and placed it somewhere else in/on the car that doesnt look ricer? Since the dc5 doesnt have anywhere eles but the cover that has vtec insignia i thought it could be put to good use

 

The only other place that I've seen is where you would put a subframe brace haha. A buddy of mine has a K swapped EK Coupe and he cut the little oval out that says i-VTEC and put it on his subframe. I'm ont sure how he mounted it, but I can see what's up. It's a pretty creative idea I think, and it looks pretty cool when you're driving and he flys past you... then you see the little badge down there and you're like oh snap... that's dope haha.

um...I like it were it is....but I have thought about placing it someplace else...but I can't imagine anywere on the body...

 

Lol lemme get this right . Your trying to take off the ivtec sign to place it somewhere else? Lol I already tried that....epic fail lol the way I took it off was running through hot water until the glue got hot and it came right off. I just couldent find a place to put it. But be carefull when peeling it off it may bend and its a pain to make it straigth again.

 

mine says 2.0 but I have a 2.4 so it's of no use to me lol

I'll sell you mine to experiment!
