Is the ball join on the tie rod removable? Mine is ****ed up and I don't know whether I can replace just the ball joint or if I have to replace the entire tie rod end.

If I can replace just the ball joint does anyone have a part number for that? I'm having some problems locating it, that's why I'm not sure if I can even replace just that part.
