Default dents that pop outward?

me and my buddy were fixing this dent that i had on my car and we realized that there were 2 little dents that popped out outward. we are trying to figure out how to fix these dents. any help will be appriciated.

The best way to fix a dent is (if you can get to the reverse side) Using a hammer and dolly to "bump" or hammer the metal flat. Then you sand it down, and use a small amount of body filler to get it just right. (if needed.) If you can't get to the other side of the metal you could just dent it back in a bit and then fill it in. Or just replace the panel with a new one. There might be another way, that I'm not familiar with.

Pretty much what I would do as well except for having to replace the whole panel depending on how bad the damage is. If the damge is real bad, I'd replace the panel first before thinking of hammering, but since he mentioned that they're small dents, then hammering them back, sanding, and a little body filler will do just fine
