i want to pick up some type r style lip for my 00 hatch, and i see that jdmcarboy is alot cheaper then password, which one should i go for?

 

I'd go password JDM. carboy has wicked selection but not nearly enough people working there, terrible customer service because of it. If you go carboy, you'll get it, but it'll take a while. I've heard nothing but bad things about them and they confirmed that with my own bad experience with them.

we kinda get off topic here LOL, so password is more famous but jdmcarboy is cheaper!, idk but when i get my car painted i might pick up the rear ctr bumper and lip, and keep a type r style in the front so i wont cry when i crack it

 

car boy is good if u go there and pick it up in person. but make sure u call them to check if they are in the store.

 

have you gotten any replica or style parts from them?

 

isnt carboys stuff abs plastic? cuz that stuff is crap

 

i heard jdmcarboy takes forever to ship out orders, go with password jdm.

JDMCARBOY is good when you go into the store. He will cut you deals for buying more than one item. The more you buy, the better the deal. DO NOT buy anything from his website. You probably won't get your item. Or it will take forever. Go to his store, or if you can't, order from PW.

 

you probably won't get your item, been about 3 years for me and still haven't received it. it took me adding them as a friend on myspace and posting a comment on the lip i ordered that said, "MAN IT'D BE ****ING NICE IF I GOT MY LIP, THEN MAYBE MY CAR WOULD LOOK LIKE THIS" before they would even respond to my emails. and i still never got my lip, or a refund for that matter. reason? they found no record of my transaction. funny, my ****ing bank found record of their transaction as it was reflected on my checking account. **** THEM.


like i said, but yeah go to his store, but only so you can personally tell him to soak himself in gas and light himself on fire inside of his shitty store.

do what you wanna do but looking at those options, and considering you get what you pay for, buying the real deal is a no brainer.

 

got some ek fog light and front lip and a cf hood. hood wasnt perfect of decent

if you go to carboy then call them first and make sure they have it in stock at the shop! and PICK IT UP! DONT ORDER! if they dont then I would consider ordering it from password jdm instead.. besides customer service really sucks at carboy. Trust me I was a former customer like everyone else until they screwed up. Like always

well i would buy the real front lip but i dont want to cry if it breaks and i cant find the rear one, i have a silver ek and i want the black and silver look for now. but once i got the cash to paint my car for sure im going to get the real the rear lip.

 

^ mine never broke, cracked, or anything like that. ride height of about 3 1/2 inches in PENNSYLVANIA and i left it on in the winter. Go OEM, you won't be dissapointed.
