When ever I turn thr wheel at a specific turn of the wheel the horn honks very very very slightly. Its pissing me off just cuz its annoying. At first I thought it was the wheel itself and put a new wheel on it but still having the same problem.

I don't think its the hub or the wheel, but I'm open to any suggestions or thoughts. Ill be taking another look at it soon to see if I can figure it out.
