Need help h22a4 swap in 1994 honda accord

ok i bought this car

they said

its the h22a4 swap
racing header,cold air intake,jdm bigger throttle body,bigger fuel injector,its a p28 ecu tranny stage 2 racing clutch aluminim fly

problem is

between idle an 2500 rpms dnt run right spits pops misses and all
intill u give its gas of 2500 rpm
what could be wrond with it

i know also its got a different intake an the injector box the wires r cut an tape

any help would be nice
