i was going to change the oil in my crx, and was wondering wat kind of oil filter i should use that would work, if i cant get a hond oil filter. and if it even matters if i use a honda one or not. and how many quarts of oil i should use. the engine is a d16z6. THANKS.

 

Just stay away from the cheap Fram filters. Mobil 1 or something like that would be great, and I want to say like 3 quarts. My manual says 3.5 quarts, but put 3 in and see how much more you need.

 

use 4 quarts
any filter besides fram will work
