I have a Honda civic 4wd Rti D16 engine
when i drive at normal speed (40-80 km/u)the temp. is between cold and hot but when a drive say about 100-160km/u the temp. goes to hot
can someone tell me whats the problem
can it be the radiator, thermostat or water pump please help

 

Have you checked the coolant level in the radiator and reservoir?

Are you leaking or burning coolant?

Have you changed the thermostat and radiator cap or flushed the cooling system?

 

the radiator and reservoir level is oke at all times and there is no sign of leaking
i want to know what the problem can be before i change the thermostat and radiator cap

Well the cap and thermostat are an easy way to check it out. But it very well could be the water pump. GL
